Amber is the founding Partner of Falkenbach Law, LLC. With over a decade of firm experience, Amber worked at a large international firm, mid-sized firm, and a small firm setting before starting her own practice in 2017. While working in the firm setting, Amber also served as a law clerk in Delaware County, Pennsylvania for seven years.
The bulk of Amber’s practice centers on Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice litigation, but she is also versed in Orphans’ Court, Family Law, and Employment Law. Amber has received various community and national accolades for her legal skills having been recognized by Main Line Today as one of the region’s top attorneys in the areas of Torts, Personal Injury and Civil Litigation. Amber has also been recognized by the Delaware County Times and was selected by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star.”
Amber is also heavily involved in the legal community, having previously served as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President of the Guy G. deFuria American Inn of Court and served on the Delaware County Bar Association Board of Directors.
Amber’s success as a solo practitioner allowed her to expand the practice in three short years becoming incorporated as Falkenbach Law, LLC in 2019. The firm’s expansion provides for broader based client services and more personalized attention.
Amber received her B.A. from Duquesne University where she majored in English and Philosophy and received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law.

Bio: Danielle S. Burke
Danielle is the Managing Partner of Falkenbach Law, LLC and brings with her a diverse legal background. Danielle started her career in a prestigious Pittsburgh law firm where she worked in the real estate department focusing on transactional and land development specific to the oil and gas industry. She then transitioned to the greater Philadelphia area where she served as a law clerk to the now federal judge, the Honorable Chad F. Kenney. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Danielle was employed at a large Philadelphia insurance defense firm where she routinely defended personal injury, civil rights, employment law, municipal law, medical malpractice, and sexual assault cases.
Danielle’s background as a defense counsel and judge’s law clerk gives her a unique insight into Plaintiff’s cases. Danielle’s background allows her to analyze cases and claims from both a judge’s perspective and defense perspective, helping to maximize case value for clients.
Danielle received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrated in Real Estate from Clarion University. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law where she acted as Vice President to the International Law Society. During her time at Duquesne University School of Law, Danielle participated in study abroad program located in Rome, Italy, where she was taught Comparative Constitutional Law by United States Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito.

Alice Buggy Miller, Esquire serves as Of Counsel for Falkenbach Law, LLC. Prior to graduating law school, Alice was a full-time social worker. Her keen sense of justice and empathy for people drove her to the law. She focuses her practice on family law along with being a court appointed attorney for CYS litigation and Juvenile Criminal matters. In addition, for the past four years she has represented clients in personal injury matters, with significant experience litigating in both Philadelphia and Delaware County.
Alice was born and raised in Delaware County and is devoted to her county and its citizens. She is a graduate of Cardinal O'Hara High School, Catholic University in Washington, D.C. and Marymount University in Ballston, VA where she earned her Master's in Forensic Psychology.
Alice then obtained her law degree from Temple University in 2011 and has practiced primarily in Delaware and Chester County ever since. Alice is a member of the Delaware County Bar Associates and is active in the Young Lawyer’s Sections.
