Whether you're involved in an automobile accident or a slip and fall, there are a lot of uncertainties surrounding the accident and potential injuries. One thing that you can be certain of is that the insurance company who is attempting to settle your claim has a goal of minimizing the compensation paid out to you. We are here to help guide you, advocate on your behalf, and maximize the value of your legitimate claim. Although financial compensation may not be able to undue the harm of the accident, it can help alleviate some of the additional stresses resulting from it.

Our knowledge and expertise will allow us to explain how the tort elections in your automobile policy will impact your case, what damages you are entitled to claim if you elected limited tort, what exceptions may apply, what damages you may be entitled to recover and what steps to take to prove your damages in order to obtain just compensation.

We are here to deal with the insurance adjusters and, if need be, commence litigation on your behalf, so you can focus on what is important – you're health and well-being.
Areas of Practice
In this tough economy, unfortunately, separation from one's employer or the need to down size employees has simply become a fact of life. If you're an employee, you likely will rely on your unemployment compensation as your primary source of income while you're seeking re-employment. If your employer is challenging your entitlement to receive benefits, given what's at stake, you'd be remiss if you did not approach a Referee's hearing or Unemployment Compensation Board of Review appeal or reconsideration without knowing your best legal arguments. We have successfully both consulted with former employees to educate them on their best arguments or defenses as well as represented them at the Referee level and beyond.

If you're an employer, you know that not fighting an illegitimate claim for unemployment compensation could adversely affect the employer's own financial interest by raising its contribution rate.

We have successfully worked with both employer and employee claims.
